Did Great Coasters reprofile Rampage?

Hello there everyone,
I was wondering if anybody has known what is going on with Rampage, what company was working on it, because i rember Great Coasters gave the park a very high bid, but i was never sure if they took the job. Even if they didn't take it, could someone please tell me what they did to work out some of the problems tthey were having?

No, GCI did not reprofile Rampage. John Hinde Enterprises did. Most of the repairs have been completed and the general manager tokk the first ride out on Thursday (2/28). I submitted this to the news but some funny page came up, so I don't know if Jeff recieved it. The article can be found at: http://www.al.com/news/birminghamnews/index.ssf?/xml/story.ssf/html_standard.xsl?/base/news/104651375045590.xml

Basically the entire track just needed to be re-fitted/replaced

I believe there were a couple of different bidders for the work on Rampage, and one of the bidders (was it GCI) submitted a bid that indicated MAJOR amounts of work, and expen$e. From the article, it seems that JHE did some relatively minor retracking, and that the ride is now *ready to roll*. Great news...and I wish Visionland all the success in the world...
