Having only been there once, I can't be sure, but I am recieving differing opinions on whether the ride had over the shoulder restraints at one point.
Does anyone have any information on this topic?

I am pretty darn sure it hasn't, but my friend said she went to CnC in 5th grade (must have been around the time it opened) and she said it had OTSRs. The thing is, she was a kid and she said her memory is fuzzy. All pictures I've seen only show lap bars.
