demon has new restraints

the demon at sfgam has new restraints and they hurt so bad if you bang your head. Has anyone else notice how much it hurt?

I think they hurt just as much as last years restraints. They seem like the same ones, but brand new. I thought the ride was smoother this year.

it is smoother this year but the restraints are closer to your head like iron wolf's restraints. On the corkscrew i banged my head pretty bad this year. and this happened in every row. i tried all of them out. (i was at a private party.)

the restraints are the same as they have always been. Arrow is still using the same style restraints. the trains are new, but they don't account for head bashing. the reason Demon is a little more intense is because its running faster this year. SFGAm has been all about not using breaks in the past few years (Iron Wolf, Shockwave, Demon, and possibly Raging Bull and American Eagle have all been running faster).

That's too bad to hear. Wouldn't be great, I'm dreaming now, but if Demon could get lap-bars like Flight of Fear. Again, I'm dreaming.

We know that Iron Wolf got new restraints and it looked to me like Batman had new restraints...But The Eagle, Demon, and Shockwave? I guess I didn't notice that when I went..

Why would they change the restraints on the Eagle? It is just a lap bar.

Personally I didn't think Demon was bad this year (I sat in the very front that may have had some differance) It was smooth and my head didn't bang back and forth. THE exact same thing with Iron Wolf and Shockwave were both really good this year a lot faster (Or so it seemed) and both also seemed to be not as big of a head banger ride (Maybe I've growen and i'm taller or something I don't know...)
