Legendary said:Joe, who CANNOT WAIT for Apr 10!
What the heck are you doing on Apr 10? Nothing at PKI I can tell you that, not when that is a Thursday.

That's the only word I can use to describe the look of this ride.

I would say Delirium looks a little too sick for me, but I hope you like it a lot!

I'm lost, when/where did I say it was a horrible park? I see the smiley, but don't get the reference!
PKI is a park I have gone to every year since 1997. It's not one of my top five parks or anything, but I think they have a quality ride assortment, especially lately with the huge flats they're installing. Also, while none of their coasters are top ten for me, they are all pretty good, with FoF, Beast, Face/OFF, Vortex, and Top Gun being my fav. Oh yeah, and Drop Zone is pretty damn good too, for an Intamin freefall. ;)

I know you (or that person) didn't say it was horrible, so I was just exaggerating that while I was kidding around. Sorry if it wasn't you!

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM, roller coasters (Homer Style)
Now, that said, if the Giant Frisbee has the fast spinning of the Afterburner or Frisbee, coupled with that huge swing arc, it's going to be something else. Hope PKI has plenty of sawdust handy...

I'm curious: did you find the spinning on the Afterburner and regular Frisbee to be equal? I've ridden two of each, and I think I felt it much more in both Afterburners. Not that the Frisbees weren't as good, it just seemed that the spinning was more intense on the Afterburners.
In any case, they're my two favorite flat rides, so I'm just dying for the chance to ride the Giant version. Those pics are awesome, and I bet they don't even do the ride justice. Opening day can't get here fast enough!! :)
