Arrival Time: 11:10
Weather: Sunny and warm at first, cloudy, rain, rain, rain
Departure Time: 4:30 because the park was closing because of the weather.
First off, there are basically no signs at off of Crazy Mouse, just a cermented platform and machinary.
Wacky Worm: Felt like 'Alice in Wonderland' to be truthful. The seats are a little on the small side but the ride was a lot of fun.
Free Fall: I never rode a small version like this so it sort of caught me by surprise at the drops.
Paratrooper was awesome as always, I love the ending to this ride. Flying Bobs is always fun, as well as Sea Dragon, Scrambler, Tilt-a-Whirl, Balloon Race, and Space Odessey.
The park offered free rides and go-karts until 1:00. I was able to ride go-karts 2 times. The park was very crowded when we arrived but once 1:00 came and the announcement stated that you have to pay now, about half the crowd left. The park was very clean and welcoming, as always.
I was saddened to see that the Ferris Wheel was removed because of Crazy Mouse. The wheel, as well as a kiddie ride replaced by Wacky Worm, are torn apart and sitting in 2 of the pavilions.
At about 3:00 the rain came and wouldn't let up. All the rides were closed, they stated they should reopen but it started lightning and raining rather hard so we guessed the park would close. They were sending all the employees home as well as closing everything.
Overall, it was a pleasant trip. Nice way to started my 2004 Amusement Park Season. I look forward to next visit to DelGrosso's, hopefully with Crazy Mouse this time.:)
