Deja'Vu @ SFoG!!!!

On Sunday May 20, I saw Deja Vu at SFoG test for the first time!!!! I was standing in the Ninja line, and I noticed it going up the tower. However, it was going really really slow. And once it finally got to the top it stayed there for about 2 minutes, then dropped, and it barely made it through the cobra roll and loop, and it didn't go up the second tower because the slide that's supposed to pull it up was at the top of the tower so it was just sitting in the track right after the loop. I'm sure this is perfectly normal, although I can't say why it stayed in the first tower for 2 minutes, or why they didn't pull it up the second tower. This happened at about 6:00 I think. But this ride is sweet. I think it rode through the brakes in the station which is why it went through the cobra roll kind slow. But I'm only assuming that it was slow, because that could've been the normal speed. Was I the only one there that saw this? It was the only test run they've done all day. I got really lucky!!!
I think that it is normal for coasters to go slow through the circut on the very first run. Nothing to worry about.
------------
There are currently 11 coasters with the name Batman, 8 with the name Superman and 22 with the name Boomerang. Batman and Superman: The Ultimate Chiller Knight Flight Krypton Escape Ride.
How come they go through the first run slowly?

Warning!: If I'm cranky...tell me and I'll blame it on hormones.
Look at it like this, when a baby first walks how fast does it go?

-------------
My Signature Sucks
Well the first time S:TE at SFMM tested,it only went a whimpy 5 mph! I think they have to test multiple outcomes of what could happen. Don't know if that made sense at all but hopefully u get the point somehow.
S:TE went 5 mph because things in it were not working right. They wanted it to go faster, but it didn't, so they had to mess with it.
Maybe Deja Vu is the same thing, just not as severe. Maybe it is as Todd said, too. Or maybe we will never know.

I can be rude. I'm going to try to be nicer on these boards from this date forward, May 21, 2001
The bearings on the trains are probably pretty tight. They should loosen up as it gets tested more often.

Jman

(This is purely a guess)
So how do the trains look? Are the coaches back to back? Hope so! :>

I don't mean to be mean, but there have been so many threads about Deja Vu's trains. They will be four-across, V-seating, all facing forward.

On the actual topic, that sounds really cool. I hope SFGAm gets their act together and puts the trains on the track. They're already at the park (according to a V² op), so they should start testing relatively soon.
I'm sure SFGAm does have thier act together. I'm sure SFoG started Deja Vu construction before SFGAm, so they are farther along (obviously) and should be. SFGAm will probably be ready to put the trains on withing a week, I'm guessing. I have no hard evidence to back that up, just speculation.

You're not being mean, I just didn't see the numerous threads on Deja Vu seating. OOops! I have a life, can't read em all! It's too bad they aren't putting the coaches back to back.

I think Great America has their act together, they are working night and day to get that ride together. Compared to most other Six Flags parks, GAmerica really has their act together in many ways. Some downright "suck" when compared.
