Deja Vu open at SFGAm

My friend just called me, he was looking at the paper at work, and saw pics of Deja Vu testing. He said it said it was going to be open this weekend. Does anyone know about this? Im calling and im going there tonight. If its not, I guess V2 will still do. Hopefully its finally done though.
When did they get their train on?

I dont know, its in the paper. I didnt know we werent supposed to keep having this topic on here, sorry guys, I havent used this site in a long time. All he said was that it was going to be open this weekend, he tried calling me all night to tell me. So, the paper could be wrong too.
Since the train isn't on the track as of 7/13, I don't believe you. You shouldn't believe him either. With all the problems with Deja Vu, it's going to take A LOT more than 1 week of testing. A month is required for a normal coaster, 1 week won't do the job. Sorry, but your friend is lying.

There is no such thing as a stupid question, just stupid people.
Ummm i just called SFGRAM the lady said Deja Vu is not opening this weekend. as of today 7/14/2001 they have no idea when it will open. Thats pretty raunchy!!

I love the American Eagle at SFGRAM!!!!
Thats what im saying, I didnt see any trains on the track, but im looking at the paper, and there it is , 3 pics of it testing? what, is this sfmm or something? I dont really care, the ride looks lame, I guess its ride v2 for an hour and leave. lol
I would have to say that the coasters DON'T have to test for a month. There is no way that X-Flight tested for a month before it opened.

Deja Vu(s) are problem-causing coasters which do require a lot of testing. Otherwise, they would be open. Anyways, look at how long SFoG Deja Vu has been testing. A long time! I will admit, X-Flight also causes many problems, but none that keep it closed, just reduce capacity.

It's good to hear that SFGAm's Deja Vu trains are on (maybe...) But then again, I don't belive anything on these boards without photographic evidence to back it up when it comes to Deja Vu.
I myself think that Deja Vu might be deja vu for Vekoma, and not open this year at all, like the first Invertigo.

I was just at SFGAm two days ago and there is no train on the track. The ride looks complete except for adding the cable to the towers.

Drop the DEJAVU thing if it opens, talk about it!
The thing let everyone down!
I went to Six Flags Great America today as in 7-14-01. NO TRAINS YET, Quit asking. It'll be the biggest buzz if there were.
