Deja Vu at SFoG opening tomorrow!
Hey Guys! Yesterday, I went to SFoG. There is a big inflatable Uncle Sam next to Deja Vu's entrance. I asked a "offical" lloking park person what was happening. " Deja Vu is opening Wednesday, July 4" YES!!!!!!!! So I guess it is offical! SFoG's Deja Vu is the original and all others are clones! YES!! THE FIRST PARK TO OPEN DEJA VU!!!
More like Luckiest Park.

Deja Vu at SFGAM will not open on July 4th. Kind of hard to do as they do not even have a train on the track yet. NOTE: This is as of Saturday when I was there. If they have since put it on the track they still have yet to test it.

All Deja'Vus have to do 2-4 weeks of testing like SFoG's. SFoG's might open tomorrow or won't. We'll have to wait and see tomorrow.

DUH...SFoG's is the only one to have completed testing. The other's haven't even started testing!

Vekoma: Hey! we finally got SFoG's Deja Vu open!
That Uncle Sam has nothing to do with Deja Vu or July 4th. It was put in for the Atlanta Fest 2 weeks ago, and they just havn't bothered to take it down(probobly because it blocks the great view of the parking lot). Besides all the new water dummies are still in the trains and their is scaffolding in queue line, and pieces of wood lying all around.
I'm sorry to say it isn't going to open tommorow.

Oh, and just because SFOG's might be the first to open, it doesn't mean that it isn't a clone or itis the original one. It just means that it's the first to poen. It's still a clone though.
There will be a mediaday over a few days - weeks. If designs are fault at Vekoma. Vekoma will always increase the test time to 10 weeks. So that the coaster can open without any breakdowns. So except that's possible that the Deja Vu of SFGam will be open 2002!!!
None of the Deja Vu are opening ANYTIME soon. I'm looking at early 2002 for SFMM's Deja Vu. Might as well let it go, drop it, go ride something else. Delayja Vu is not going to open for a while

Wrong, the first one to open isn't a clone. Is B:TR a clone? Yes, except SFGAm's. It doesn't matter if they all open the same year, or are built the same time, the first to open is the non-clone.

IOArules, hasn't it been like 2 or 3 days since you last went. You post the same thing everyday, here and at Danimation talking about scaffolding and wood, or water dummies. Alot can happen in 2 or 3 days, and I bet it has. If there really was all that stuff lying around when you went, i'm sure it's gone by now, so stop posting things that yu saw 2 or 3 days ago. I've been told by many that it will open tomorrow(people who work at the park), and I believe them. The landcaping is done, and some people have confirmed its opening. But I guess we will find out tomorrow.
TriBiggar - Batman: The Ride was designed as an original layout to fit the area where Tidal Wave used to rest at, so it's not a clone. This roller coaster was designed to be in multiple parks. It's a cookie cutter design. SFGAm's was proposed first, and SFMM's was announced first. Cookie cutters: yes, clones: no. They are more like Triplets.

Does it really matter which Deja Vu is original or which one is a clone? The clone thing is a rather old debate that will never get settled.
I think the most important thing is getting to ride DeJa Vu instead of saying Park A's Deja Vu is original while Park B is a clone. I know there is a few who care about clones but put it in another topic and just how did Batman get in here. Sorry no super heroes allowed in this thread.
Let's just hope we get to ride Deja Vu soon.

I wish that were true! Man, after a year of testing Stealth, then year of running it, it didn't help them open X-flight without breakdowns! Even though X-flight seems to have an awesome crew, they just can't seem to keep that thing working with any consistency that I've seen.
Sixflags, where do you get all your info on Vekoma? Whoever is telling you seems to be giving inaccurate info. You posted in April that the 3 Deja Vu's would open in 2-3 weeks. A few weeks later it was that all 3 Vus, Batwing, and X-Flight would for sure open on May 25th. You might want to get some solid confirmation on your facts.
