Deja Vu at SFGA

does anyone know the real problem with that ride is? There has to be one problem that causes the ride to be closed so much.

Actually durring my two day visit last june, There apeared to be at least two distinctly different problems. Rollbacks from the clamps not catching the trains and restraint release.

We visited on a sunday eve and monday morn last june and Im happy to say I got to ride it once on monday in the very brief time it was open durring my stay (About 2hrs of operation in two days). Some Season passholders that had been to the park a dozen times by then still had not ridden. :)

Chuck, who thought a reguarlar invertigo was more intense but loved the drop off the back tower in the front seat. (The sky is falling!)

It's official Lesourdsville Lake is closed for 2003

They are fixing multiple issues. Sorry, I don't know specifics. But I guess they are gonna do it right this time & do their best to resolve everything. Be patient, it'll be worth it.

Never Has Gravity Been So Uplifting.

We can only speculate on what the real problem is, but I think it’s a bad sign that in all of the TV commercials I’ve seen touting SFGam season passes show footage of almost every major coaster BUT Déjà vu. Seems like an odd decision, especially since they heavily marketed it last season and it’s one of their largest coasters. My guess is that the ride will operate very little, if at all this season, so management doesn’t want to get customer hopes up by showcasing something that they won’t be able to ride. I really hope I’m wrong, as Déjà vu is an excellent coaster and my 2nd favorite ride in the park (after Raging Bull) and I’d really like to have the opportunity to give it a go this season.
I sure hope it opens this year. But, I don't think it will be closed ALL year though.

Does it look like they are doing any work on Deja Vu. Because the last time I was there the train wasn't even in the station.

Nope, no visual work going on at Deja Vu. Whats the status of the Deja Vu at SFOG? Is that train on the track yet?
