Deeper Dorney Discounts

Yes, I'm looking for DDD's!

My friend Ellen... who's not much for coasters or parks much in general...has expressed an interest in going to Dorney with me solely to enjoy Wildwater Kingdom...something I've been wanting to do. It would be a summer Saturday or Sunday in the next month or so. For a summer weekend, the coupon I found at Dunkin' this morning offers only a $6 discount. Anything better out there that anyone knows of?

Unfortunately, Cedar Fair parks do not seem to discount as steeply as Six Flags. However, the online only price is 39.99 per ticket. Also try AAA, as they often have discounts to many amusement parks.

And I have no idea if 39.99 is a good deal off the gate price. I usually buy a season pass, so forgive me if this isn't as helpful as it could be. I have heard Dorney is nearly 50 bucks at the gate, so it is probably the same discount as the Dunkin discount, but I could be wrong.

$48.99 is the gate price. On-line it's $39.99, but the processing fee makes it $44.99. $6 coupon makes gate price $42.99. Not a huge difference, but a difference nonetheless. A buck's a buck, as they say.

I'd still love to find a deeper discount than the $6.

I am of no help then...I have noticed that around here, there are actually way more discounts for Great Adventure and Hershey than there are Dorney. I hope you find something.

The Subways near me offer $20 off the gate. I'm not sure if it is weekdays only. Also...find out where the Music In The Parks performances are taking place, show up, and buy as many as you want for $25. They are good all season long. I am not sure if "Music In The Parks" is done for the year though.
