DDR Max2 bug?

So I figured I'd do a six-song non-stop mix today. I get to the last song (In The Navy standard mode... easy), and all of a sudden the bar dives to nothing, and just before the failed graphic comes up, I noticed the combo count around 16.

What's up with that?

Did the dance meter dip instantly or just quickly?

Was it a random non-stop or was it a preset course?

I'll try to recreate it next time I'm at my friend's house playing. I'm still too cheap to buy a PS2. I'm saving up for a HDD based MP3 player that's not an iPod. ;)

It was a quick drain, and the non-stop course was Boogie something or other. So irritating.

Anything less than an iPod is inferior and makes you a second-class citizen. ;)

The Nomad is just as pretty as the iPod and just a tiny bit bigger. It'll feel really nice in my pocket. And the graphic equalizer that it has (which I understand the iPod lacks) might come in handy for some good soundage. ;)

Why is it that all Mac users act superior? I guess it applies to iPod users as well...

That video is funny, but fairly incorrect. While I'm sure those guys are enjoying the attention, their experience isn't representative of the world at large, and battery kits are available for $50. When you read the message boards where people who got an iPod the day it came out and still get six or more hours of life out of it after daily use, you start to wonder what these guys did to the thing. It's like people who go to SFWoA and have a bad day and the park is supposed to suck for everyone. Wait... bad example! ;)
