DDR Max 2 for PS2

It has been, and now we have less than two months to go!

Still looking for that X-Box version release date too. I think it's supposed to be October. I look forward to that for the purpose of downloading new songs and posting my lame scores to the Internet.

Actually, I had not seen a *confirmed* release date until now. I thought 9/16 was a rumor.

Man, I cannot *wait* for this release!

That's just the number I pulled off of EBgames.com. I assume that's the latest data they have. Still haven't seen one for X-Box Ultramix.

im not sure if the DDR Max2 for PS2 will support it, but now that we've got the Hard Drive / Network adapter for the system we might be able to download new songs and post scores on the net. But ofcourse you'd have to shell out the $150 - $200 for the HD addon first.

Id def. look for the next PS version of the game to have that ability though since we've got the PSX being released early '04 (which is basically PS2 w/a HD and DVD Recorder), and the PS3 in '05.

Nope, for PS2, there's going to be no downloading things, just because Xbox's network adapter works better, and some other reasons.

MS might be losing a ton of money on X-Box right now, but being late to the party I think it was wise for them to do the online thing right and before everyone else. I'm not sure I see PS owners spending a ton on expensive upgrades though, not until the next console.

good call coasterwiz. ive got the addon HD w/Linux & Network adaptor and only a few games (ie. NBA Live 2003 / Madden) dont have a delay unless im playing against a user on dialup.

It would still be pretty cool though if they do it with the PS3.
