I did not enjoy Phantasmic either, for the same reasons which matt, crazy horse, Jeff and LG have mentioned.
My mother (1946-2009) once asked me why I go to Magic Mountain so much. I said I feel the most alive when I'm on a roller coaster.

Seemed more like a commercial for DVD sales.
And that's different from the rest of the park how, exactly?
But honestly, guys---Mickey's dreams are hijacked! By villians! They CONTROL HIS MIND! How can you not get that?
(:) for the humor-impaired).
Actually, it seems like the entire park is a commercial for DVD sales. ;) But heck, I enjoy some commercials.
But I understand. Some of it is much more blatant. And it seems all of the more recent attractions have to have some commercial tie in, which is kind of a bummer. I prefer the train myself.
It didn't seem like that a few years ago.

Thats true, back then it was a commercial for VHS sales...
The Walt Disney Company is and always will be a film company, everything that they have ever done (and will ever do) is to sell their films (and now TV shows as well.)
What the hell is Phantasmic?
Anyway, I never liked the show, it combined the dry parts of Illuminations with sappy character moments, in a cramped stadium where I can't buy a beer from the Rose & Crown. Trust me, Strongbow on tap on the bridge watching Illuminations is one of the best Disney experiences I've ever had.
Anyway, back to WoC, this is going to be huge. I mean huge. They have some crazy stuff below the surface of the water now that's going to blow minds.

I'm fairly sure I got a Yuengling Dark at the F! theater. R&C wouldn't be caught dead pouring Yuengling, but it's not half bad.

Oh man, Yuengling, sooooo good. It's probably one of the best American beers...

You can't get in New Hampshire? You do know it doesn't require a passport, don't you? Or is there a statewide ban on fongers?

Seriously! The good news is that I have a friend who travels to Albany for business on occasion. He usually brings back a case or two for me. There are a lot of people around here who would snap it up in a heartbeat!

World of Color also spits fire!
WET has come up with some really impressive stuff as of late.
World of Color looks to be a mated product of WET's rehash on the Volcano at The Mirage hotel & casino and the world famous Fountains of Bellagio.

If only the guy shooting the second video would've just zoomed in and out about 6 or 7 more times, I might have actually punched my laptop screen.
