DCA/DisneyLand Combo Ticket

Is there a combo ticket I can get so I can get into both parks in one day for a discounted price?
I think you can only do that if you are a So. Cal. resident. Otherwise, you can get a 2, 3, or 4 day Park Hopper.

The current Disney Special: If you buy a ticket to either DL or DCA ($47), you get into that park for that day, and then you can come back and go to the OTHER park on another day. So, in other words, you can't go to both parks on the same day.

The deal is only for So. Cal. residents.

Well, people from laughingplace, mouseinfo, and mouseplanet seem to have no trouble doing both parks on one day.

The language in the radio commercials and print ads says otherwise. I haven't been down to try it out myself, just reporting what I heard and read.

I don't even think they have a 2 day pass available now as we were looking into it a few weeks ago before heading out there. Luckily we were able to use unused days from our WDW pass to get into DCA/DL. I know AAA has a good deal now where you get a 5 day hopper pass for the price of a 3 day one but that is about it.....

The only ways I know of to visit both parks on the same day is to either buy a ParkHopper or a Annual Passport for both parks.
