Disney's California Adventure really suprised me. I thought I'd be gone by lunch, but I was there until the Electrical Parade(even though I didn't see it, more on that later). Masturful theming, excellent coasters, and fun water rides make this park almost worth $43.
After checking out the map, we headed straight for the Large "California Screamin'". It was one of the Best coasters I've ever been on for one reason, Air time. Half of the hill on the ride look very wimpy, but actually, they catapult you out of your seat! Great loop, but I wish there were more. On a scale of 1-5, I'd give it a 4.
Next was the great Grizzly River Run, long lines , but, with a single rail person pass, you can walk through the exit. Great theming, and awesome wetness factor. 4.5 out of 5!
The only other coaster in the park is Mullholland Madness. This was my first wild mouse and was awesome. The sudden turns and steep drops were almost worth the 70 min. wait that was all day. I gave it a 4 out of 5.
The best show in the park was It's tough to Be A Bug. Because it was very interactive and creative. You get sprayed, stunked, smoked, stung, prodded, and shrunked. It was hillarious and great. 4.5 out of 5
The biggest dissapointment. Not worth the 2 hour wait. Soarin' over california was boring. It could have been sooooo much better with aa few added drops and turns, as well as a longer video. A dismal 2.5 out of 5
The limo ride was okay, it's like an updated version of thors rides from fantasyland. Cher and Whoppie Goldberg were scary. And Joan Rivers scared a little child waiting in line, she is not that young looking, she's 60 and looks 20. Still, a little funny. 3 out of 5.
Overall, I had a great day! I was told that I would have a boring day, but it was fun. In ten years, I think this park will have the perfect amount of rides and themes. A great 4 out of 5 overall. Not to be missed, but some advice, don't go on California Screamin' 2 times in a row. He's been on Superman:ROS and was fine. Could it actually be too intense!!! naw, he was already sick, it just agruivated his sinus infection that the people at the mini-hospital discovered. Good times, good times.
You didn't do any of the other aweomse rides? Did you do the Sun Weel? Orange Stinger? OR EVEN MALIBOOMER! What about Muppets3d that is awesome! Too bad you didn't like Sorin'. Your the only person who though it was mediorcer! But there is no wrong answer when it comes to opinions. I'm glad you liked Califronia Screamin'! I hate to tell you but, Mullholland Madness has a single rider line:)
