Data File Corrupted or Inaccessible Error.....

I get a error message that tells me the data file has been corrupted or is inaccessible. Has this happened to anyone before and if so how did you fix it?

Not this again. Has anyone use the search?
You have to get a patch from offical RCT site in order to get past that message.

Well, unless the Roller Coaster Tycoon site has added a patch within the past month, XFan, that patch did NOT work for me. Rampage, you can try it, but I was just trying to stop the smart ass remarks coming out of XFan!

Download TRG trainer. If you are using XP, figure out on your own something how to get it running. Use the clean config or whatever feature. Uninstall RCT. Reinstall RCT, with the latest patch. Stop using trainers.

Okay, okay, okay. For starters, I've been playing RCT since the first one came out and have been using trainers since they first came out. I've never had this problem before. I've uninstalled and reinstalled so many times I can't see straight. BUT....thank you all for your help. I will unistall everything (including trainers) and try again.....
