Data File Corrupted Help

I just installed my Loopy Landscapes plus Corksrew follies 2 pack cd. At first it didnt work until I downloaded the officiall LL patch and then it worked. I tried loading my PGA recreation and everything works fine. Then today I was playing with it and I went under the DragonsIOA trainer to the rides 1 section and my ride "Stealth" which is a flying coaster said it was running under shop stal mode and was a steel coaster train (not a flying one), and all the data was wrong. So then I tried changing it to how it should be. Continous circuit, flying trains. Then my RCT froze and crashed. I restarted my computer, tried loading any of my saved games and after about 10 seconds of playing it closed RCT and popped up "Data File Corrupted or Inaccesible". Even when I try playing the new scenarios it does the same thing. Someone PLEASE help me! Yes I already reinstalled it and the same thing happened. Also once the menu screen of it is even running it displays that error within 20 seconds.

It sounds like you need to uninstall the game completely off of your system, re-install the game and install the drexler patch and then go to rollercoastertycoon.com and download the official game version updates and update game data files. then re-install your trainer and see if that works

Here' s my perfect solution,

Uninstall the game, then search for Roller Coaster Tycoon folder in your search on your computer. Then delete the file if it is there. Re install the game and then get your LL Patch and then get the Scenario Progress Recovery Patch, and then get teh drexler patch. The game should then work and protect your files for a while. Ususally I will end up repeating this process like 2 or 3 times every 6 months or so. You can get your patches at http://rct.ogresnet.com.

It works for me everytime.

This problem can be fixed using the "Clean Config" option from the TRG trainer. From the TRG Help:

"This command can only be run while the game is NOT running.

This command will clean out your configuration files so that you won’t get the "Data File Corrupted or Inaccessible" error message. There is no need to use this command unless you are getting this message. This will sometimes occur after you use a trainer on the game, but not always. Typically you start the game and after anywhere frim about 20 seconds to a minute later this error message pops up. After you click to close the message box the game exits back to the desktop. Once you start getting this message you will always get it no matter what scenario or saved game you load."

Where do you get the drexler patch?
