Dare Devil Dive at SFGAm?

Wednesday, July 17, 2002 4:10 PM

I have a couple of questions about Dare Devil Dive at SFGAm.

1. How much does it cost?

2. What extras do they have(on ride picture, videotape)?

3. If yes to 2, how much?

4. Do you have to make an appointment?

5. If you're under 18, does your parent need to be there?

6. Who has been on it? If you have, please review it.

1. I think for 3 people, it's 15 a person, not sure for the rest but I think 2 is 20 each, 1 is 25.

4. Yes

5. Not sure, but don't think so, it is only a ride.

Why don't you check out Great America's website. I am sure most of your answers are there.

1. $15 for 3, $20 for 2 and $30 for 1.

2. No pictures, no video.

4. Reservations are advised, but if it is a slow day you don't need one.

5. No permission needed.

6. It's a skycoaster, a big swing. I think it's 100 ft, but don't quote me.

It's 45 4 1, 30 4 2, and 15 4 3.

No cameras, vcs, etc.

I got me a video of myself for $5 on that ride! It's great! SFGAm is me home park and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Take it up a notch, Mr. Operator! I wanna feel my brains in my feet!

I am getting confused.

I thought it was 2 people for $20. How far in advance do we make the reservations? Is there a video because X it to the xtreme says "I got me a video of myself for $5 on that ride!

Here is the information for Dare Devil Dive. I will just answer your questions from the original post instead of replying to everyone's post.

1. 1 person 30, 2 people 40, 3 people 45.

2. There is no extras at this park. They use to have video camera's, but removed since it was low video quality. Because the game attendant had to switch cameras and it was to complicated so they removed a couple years ago.

But you can take your own camera with you and once you get up to the platform you can ask he expiditer to take pictures of your flight and they will do that for free.

3. N/A

4. If you want to go later in the day on a BUSY day you might want to make an appointment to make sure you get in otherwise you can just walk on.

5. No.

6. It is a great ride. Been on it numerous times you will love it!!

One time forward, one time backward it's DÉJÀ VU!!

Ive done it alot it is best when you do it with 2 other friends because you can hear them scream the entire time. DO NOT RIDE IT IF YOU ARE WEARING A NECKLACE!!!! You will get huge cuts around your neck and shoulders i'm still in pain from that.

-----------------
Have you ever been to SFGAm and seen Deja Vu closed? If you have then go again and it WILL BE DEJA VU!

Sorry I couldn't hear you, The voices in my head are drowning you out.
