Danimation is closing!!!

I've just visited Danimation and I was sad to learn that it is closing! The RCT forums were were the best on the net.

...because it is/was a good source of information. It's never a good time when roller coaster-based sites close down. First Thrillride and now Danimation...what's next?

Oh no! That used to be the most thriving coaster forum site on the web, rivaling Coasterbuzz. But in the many past months, activity slowed down gradually as old members no longer patronized the site. :( another one down the drain...

I'm sorry, but Danimation was probably one of the worst coaster sites.  The best thing about it was Termite's GTC!  The people who posted on it were immature, self-obsessed, spoiled kids.  I really never liked that site at all.

Actually... we care because that was the home of Badnitrus!!!

Let's hope Jeff will openly welcome Badnitrus into the Coasterbuzz family so we can get some more fab 3D computer simulated coasters!!!

Does that mean that CoasterNet @ Danimation.com is also closing? Please say they are not.Now where the heck are we gonna get any good RCT downloads from.

actually, danimation *is* closed, thats why you cant get into anything but the forums and the chat.....

This really isn't the place to start ripping on other sites, even if they are closing. It's that kind of stupid nonsense that likely made it less than fun to maintain in the first place.

Just remember how much sites like that, and this one for that matter, cost you. Not a dime. Show a little respect.
