Dania Beach Hurricane Prices

I just got back from riding the DBH about 25-30 times with a friend from the Florida Coaster Club.  I just thought that I'd let everybody know that they dropped the prices from $15 for all you can ride to $10 all day, everyday.  Not just $10 Tuesdays anymore.  $10 all day, everyday.  Go to the following website for more information:

They realized what I'd thought all along...building a wooden coaster in a populated area brings people in, in droves.  Even though the big crowds were inside playing video games, the coaster brought them to Boomer's in the first place.  Seems like a LONG time ago there wasn't much there except a small go-kart track and a (relatively speaking) empty arcade.  Now they figure might as well have people RIDE the coaster, and it's a good one...but it wasn't very busy at $6 a ride!

How far is it from Disney world and IOA? I really want to ride the Hurricane, since it looks to be filled with airtime.
The Dania Beach Hurricane is not in the vicinity of the Orlando parks.  Florida is a big state.  If you don't know where Dania Beach is, think Ft. Lauderdale.  It's about a 3 to 3 1/2 hour drive south of Orlando.

It's a great coaster, and the best in South Florida.  However, it is the only coaster in South Florida.
It is a little short, for my liking, but it has some of the best airtime I have had on any coaster.
WOW!  I'm definately going to visit the DBH over Christmas break for $10.  When I went it was $6 or $7 a ride, but was still worth it.  Good airtime in the back seat on the final bunny hop run, especially the hill w/ the onride photo.
