While never being anywhere near a B&M floorless looping coaster, I can say from plenty of long waits in my time that the idea of "not the GP, I bet many of them are intimidated" just doesn't work, see Volcano, Alpengeist, a few other inverts that command long lines. People do not get out of line or refuse to get in line because nothing is under them, or for in fact any height, speed, fast launch, or any insane element any ride of any type could have added to the basic coastering experience. As long as it's new, fast, has a good name, is near lots of people, offers anything to anybody, a line will form. They build these kinds of things for people to enjoy, you know? Very few people really jump out of planes.
If something really, really billybad gets built, you'll know people are intimidated when there's NO line ever. A 'seatless' or something like that;).

c) no one would want one. That is an arguable reason because one hasn't been made, at least not one for the GP to try out, and one has never been installed in a park, therefore that reason is void. "
Doesn't having a floor pretty much make the inverted aspect of an 'Inverted Stand-Up' almost pointless (other than some G force differences)? And if there's no floor, then it's basically just an inverted coaster with painful bicycle seats (that I'm sure would cause both males and females great pain).
