Cypress Gardens sues insurance company over hurricane damage claims

Cypress Gardens Adventure Park is suing Landmark American Insurance Co., arguing that its coverage is higher and that the company is improperly charging hurricane damage to three different claims, therefore causing a higher deductible.

Sure doesn't surprise me either, Dutchman. I'm just glad that Cypress Gardens is standing up to these clowns.
I had to report my insurance company to the State insuance Commissioner before I got my check....some five *months* after the State-imposed deadline for paying claims.
Hurricanes suck, but not half as bad as the Insurance company that won't pay out...on the bright side, I'm *almost* ready to move back in, 9/4 will be one year to the day since "the incident"...
