Custom scenery - CoasterBuzz

Here lately, I have been hearing more and more about custom scenery. Well, if it is true what are some good places I can download some good custom scenery. Also, how are they making this custom scenery?

RCT Station has a great collection on there site, in there Scenery/Object forum you can find just about anything.

Do you have anything other sites? Also, does anyone have any cool programs that allow cool stuff? I guess, trainers.

This site had some pretty cool stuff.
The site is in french or something but if you just click on the download section you can tell by the pics what the scenery is.
