I downloaded the new demo, and I have Kumba, Montu, and Thriller-- now how do I create my own tracks?

I can't even get into the track editor.
The track editor is a seperate program. What happens when you try to start it?

I guess I never downloaded.
If you have been able to ride Kumba, Montu, and the rest you have got the editor. Start-->Programs-->NoLimits Demo-->NoLimits Editor.
