Yikes! This think looks crazy:

I've had some pretty bad experiences on big slides, not sure I'd be hoppin' to do this one.

Ooooh, I wanna go on that ride!

That's not really all that new of technology some other waterpark has one and it is a few years old. Still looks fun though.

Waterslide hipster says: "I knew about this kind of slide before it was cool."

edit: typo!

I went on one of these at Noah's Ark earlier this summer. After fasting all day to lose the 1.2 excess pounds I had on me, I got to ride it. So worth it. The sudden drop is phenomenal.

What do you mean? Is there a weight limit on the slide?

Yep!

max of 300. I clocked in at 301.2 early in the day. I knew I was close, so I knew the risk.

I just fell out of my chair laughing at this!

Post of the week?

Anyways, are we talking about the purple slide that has a "loop"? That looks sick! I love that there is still some downhill sliding afterwards.

...Okay, I am still laughing out loud at "Waterslide hipster".

Thanks for clearing that up. I'm glad I didn't have to go through 10 pages before I found out what slide they were talking about.

Travis, it's not "hipster," it's "hips-i-ter. " Pay attention.

The amusement park rises bold and stark..kids are huddled on the beach in a mist

It was a typo. Travis knows what I'm talking about. :)

I think Bert the Conqueror rode one of these for an episode. I don't remember which part he was at. I would ride this, but for some reason water slides like that freak me out worse then any roller coaster. Maybe because you feel less in control, plus the whole 'I might drown' idea.

I would be scared I'd get stuck in a roll back on that.

I saw a girl get a slide back. They have a little escape hatch in the valley. It was pretty funny, actually.

If you get a slide back, do they lower a rope and pull you back up to the start to go again?

When did "I seen it" become acceptable in the English language? I've been hearing it a lot lately, and it makes me twitch a little each time.
