CP's Super Himalaya- 52" min. height?

I was paging through the 2002 Guide Map today and noticed that the Super Himalaya has been bumped up from a 46" minimum height requirement (or accompanied by an adult) to 52" minimum (or with an adult). Did something happen on the ride for the park to increase the requirement, because CP's Super Himalaya doesn't even seem to run as fast as those at Kennywood and SFWoA. I also found it odd that Ocean Motion's minimum was LOWERED to 39". Just curious if there was a reason for such a big change, because CP "usually" doesn't make a height requirement increase unless it is warranted (i.e.- Cedar Creek Mine Ride, Cedar Downs).

I would hazard a guess that it was re evaulated either by the state or the Point's insurance underwriter. If it's the same one, it's a Schwarzkopf and there is probably little if any ergonomic data on it other than what they have done themselves. Just being cautious. I'd say.
