CP workers and Challenge Park

Just a quick question for all of you CP employees out there: I know that, with your employee ID, you have access to CP and Soak City, but do you get "free" rides on the attractions at Challenge Park? Just wondering.....

That's a good question. I'm sure in the morning, someone has to "test" it. :)

Anyone work in Challenge Park?

Most of the time, CP employees have to pay like the rest of us.  However, they have given out tickets for Ripcord in the past as incentives for attendance and the like.  There have also been Challenge Park ride nights that included go karts, golf and the like.
Back when I worked at CP in 95-96 we got a discount when riding ripcord and parasailing, etc.  There was also a discount if you went before a certain time in the AM.  But being old I can't remember how much anything was.
The employees that work those attractions do get to test ride, but the rest of us have to pay. Yes, there are discounts on occasion, and the free passes are incentives not only for attendance but also for things like donating blood and so forth. But overall, if you want to ride, you have to pay and wait for your reservation like everyone else.

Hey all I'm on the VertiCord crew (as we call it) and pretty much everyone has to pay unless we are doing the morning test rides or need to balance VertiGo...
Thanks for the input, Gonzo, I was wondering if Ripcord and Vertigo would use the same crew, seeing as how they're in close proximity and all. Still the Merchandise department (if I recall correctly)?

I thought RipCord was Park-Op?
