My friend and I got there at about 9:30. When we were driving up the causeway and walking into the park, it looked like everything was running good.
We were going to go to Raptor first, but saw that the line was backed up far. So the first thing we went to was Wicked Twister. Same as usual for the ride, and IMO i think that the music/spiel is awsome. After that we walked back to ride Mean Streak and Magnum.
On Mean Streak, the first thing that i noticed when we were going down the drop is that we passed right through the trims without any braking. Ive got to say, its much better faster. Then we went to Magnum. Same as usual for the ride. After we rode Magnum, we got our hands stamped and went out to my car to get something to eat and drink.
When we walked back into the park, we saw that Sky Ride wasnt moving and Raptor was stopped in the block brakes. I didnt know what was going on so I walked over to WT and saw that it was stopped in the LIMs. We walked back to Power Tower and none of the vehicles were filled, so I asked the guy why nothing was running, he told they had a power outage. We saw that alot of people were getting out of line, so we got in. About 20 minutes after we got in line they started it back up, got on it within 10 minutes.
We went to see what was up with Mantis, found out that teh train just started to go out of the station, and then was stopped. Mantis was the last thing running after the power outage. We headed back down the midway to see what Raptors line was like, and it was still backed up to the picture booth. So we went back to WT, never fails to have a short line. Rode this in the back and then went back to Millennium Force.
We got freeway for 2-3. So we waited for about 30 minutes and were on. When we got into the station, I heard the old spiel. Same as it was before. I was glad to see that was back. So, anyways, great ride as usual. We went back to WT one more time before we left.
It was pretty crowded, which i had expected, but it was still a good time. Nothing new happening in area 51.
