CP flooded!?

Holy crap! Is it me or does it look like CP's parking lot is underwater? I also went to weather.com and it looks like they are getting the remnants of the hurricane.

It does look flooded. The reflection off the parking lot area makes it look like a lake. I wonder if t actually is.

One must realize, of course, that the image will chnage as the day goes on with a link to the webcam. Someone should capture the image and post it somewhere. I would do it, but do not really have the interest to do it.

And this surprises you? This is pretty normal,actually. I've seen the midways turned into rivers in the matter of minutes when a heavy storm blows in.

It's just the reflection. I'm sure there's plenty of standing water, but the lot is not underwater.

Oh my God! Magnum is sinking and taking the entire peninsula with it! Cut it loose before it is too late!

Yea, I don't know how normal it is, but water does get very high. It actually brings back memories of my last trip to CP. We were there for a week, and on the morning we were leaving we decided to get a last ride on TTD. Of course it was one of its less-functional days, but nonetheless we were moving. Anway, a storm moved in and it started to POUR. At least we were under the station, and were having quite a blast with the ride ops. Anyways, my parents were in the car, and they said the water level probably rose to 6" easily (the water was halfway up the tires on some cars). All in all (including breakdown, rain, etc) we did get our final front seat ride on TTD, but not without its 5 hour wait lol (we didnt have much choice unless we wanted to get soaked going back to the car). Within an hour or two of the rain ending though, much of the water had drained (although there were a few large puddles). I'll attach a picture if I get around to it....

Not possible. Don't ask to implement it either.

I was just by Cedar Point, the whole penninsula is underwater, all you can see is the top of TTD bubbling as it slowly sinks into Lake Erie!
