Hmmm thats funny, when I looked at the cam earlier today it was clean (i.e. no nasty spider thingy's hanging around) and had no water on it.

Gee, now it looks like they sprayed black paint on the lens so we can't see. (7:35 PM)

They didn't do a great job painting it though, there are still a few white spots on the cam where light appears to be seeping in.

Perhaps the same people that painted Deja Vu at Great America painted the webcam too. ;)

CPNut, the spidercams provide a decent source of amusement in the off-season. Last year I even made a one-of-a-kind "Wicked Twistee" T-shirt. You DO have a point about the link to the camera, but in general topics like this are harmless fun.

Notice that it says thrill ride and not roller coaster which supports the Launch-Tophat-Brakes theory

On wicked twisters's cam it said thrill ride. How would that support the L-TH-B theory. I don't see how.
