CP ad in DC comics

I was reading through my weekly DC comics and came upon a 1 page ad for CP(Ride on)!?

My first thought was that somebody from SF public relations ought to be raising a stink about this. But after talking to my better half about it, SF only licenses the DC characters, right? So they can't say boo about what is in the comic books. Maybe they could ask DC not to accept CP ads? But I think DC will only quit running CP ads if SF starts buying ad space.

Just kind of thought it was funny and wanted to share it with everbody.

Damn Cornfields

That is pretty hilarious! Not saying that it can't be productive for CP, but I wonder how that came up as an advertising option?

Well, six flags advertises on pointbuzz.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

But...does that advertising on pointbuzz actually change anyone's minds when deciding CP or SF? Doubt it.
bsr241, youre right DC only licences those rights (back when the WB owned the parks I doubt they would have let that happened) and besides there is now no longer any Six Flags in the state of Ohio (not to mention anywhere near Sandusky) so its not like they are loosing customers over it.
