Heck yeah it Has. As of yesterday part of the lagoon has been dammed off and the water is being pumped out of it. Chaos and troika are totally gone as the support footers are being put in everywhere. The picture of what this coaster is going to do is very clear if you go look.
It appears to me that the launch is going to be by corkscrew towards area 51 where the top hat will be, where it goes from there I dont know. There are to widely spaced parallell sets of footers leading up to area 51.

Come on guys seriously. 2 plus 2 equals 4. It doesn't take much too figure out what this thing is. From the location of the footers, to the bolt pattern, to the huge supports (twice as thick as WT's) to the blatantly obvious track which is bent just ever so slightly. Oh yeah not to mention all the hints we have been thrown by a certain webmaster.
The footer arrangment, track, support columns, bolt pattern, and name on the shipping list (dragster) all point to a coaster like Xcelerator at KBF.
To deny this is to not look at any of the evidence at this point.

The white track is there to build "03s second coaster in Camp Snoopy, MF Junior. They chose white instead of blue so the little kids don't mistake it for MF. It is going to be 30 feet tall and an 80 degree angled drop. The loading station will be built behind Camp Bus and the ride will be an out and back that will travel all the way to the train tracks and back.
Either that or it will be some white track on their New rocket coaster. (Please note-This post is dripping, NO-OOOZING with sarcasim.)

My guess is that it is the station, and launch track. It sure looks like it is not as tall as the red track, but the closest I got to it was Gemini and Mean Streak's queue.
It could be for anything actually. Heck it could be a rainbow coaster or it may not even be painted yet.
The paint thing is not really bugging me at all. If you go to CP and actually see where the land clearing, and footers are it becomes amazing evident that we are looking at a coaster like Xcelerator.

A random thought of another Intamin that changes color for aesthetic appeal: California Screamin'.
The station and lauch track is a teal color, while the rest of the ride is white. When you think about it, that makes sense. Who wants white track on the water? It would stand out too much.
And BTW, I have my doubts that CP's Rocket Coaster will have a top hat element. But who knows, its anyones guess at this point.
It is not double sets of footers. Its not Racing. The footers are 200 feet or so apart. This is what they do
