Court TV right now - CoasterBuzz

On Court Tv right now is the case of the accident in Pigeon Forge. The lady that fell out of that ride with the restraint safe system was altered by the ride owner.

Thanks for the heads up......however wasn't he already found liable for the accident? or is this just the sentencing phase of the trial?

I think you are thinking of a different case. This is the Hawk Accident at Raceway park. I don't know much about it, so I dunno. Perhaps someone can shed more light on this.

Maybe they're only showing coverage of it now,you know how court tv is when showing older trials.

Look at the courtroom footage & you don't see the word "live" anywhere on the screen,it only appears when they switch to the court tv commentators before & after a commercial break.
