County receives 11 RFP's for Playland

County Executive Robert P. Astorino announced that the county has received 11 proposals from groups interested in “reinventing Playland for the 21st century.” The next step in the process is for the feasibility of each proposal to be evaluated by the citizens committee appointed last week by the county executive.

They include:
Story/Burke who want to add 10 record breaking coasters over the next 3 weeks and remove as many flats as humanly possible, while not budgeting for necessary maintenance for Coaster, letting it fall into despair.

That guy who has been trying to build Wild Escape in West Virginia and he plans on removing half the rides and shipping them to his unbuilt theme park.

Lastly that guy who doesnt have two front teeth from Las Vegas who is trying to build a park in Tennessee and he plans to burn the park down because Canada sucks and he is from MERIKA!!!!
