Council Bluffs park development still uncertain

The Council Bluffs City Council will consider Monday whether to formally kill a development agreement reached last December with Papa's Park LLC. If the council does, its developer says the park's spring 2004 opening date would be pushed back yet again. The council and developer both agree it might be easier to start over.

Well, in my opinion it would have been better to have gone with Gretna or some place out west on Interstate 80, much more land to be able to expand and you are just a short drive from Lincoln and Omaha and Council Bluffs. No real hopes of this being built though.
