You can get a job at SFGAm at 15 with a permit. I dont believe you can do the housing thing until 18.

I have a friend that works there and he had to wait until he was 18 to be able to get into housing. They do offer some sort of transportation if u aren't old enough for housing.

I may be from IL, but i sure can't get enough of the FORCE. MF!!!
Their website says 16, think if I applied and could show I would be an explimentrary employee (and judging by some of their current employees I believe I can make a case) and do my job daily with ease, could they get me in at 15?

Also, what hours do most Ride-Ops work @ Six Flags Parks?

When you turn 15, go to the park with a permit and you should get a job. Granted, its limited positions(sweepers) but if you want to work there than you will have to deal with it. You wont get a job as a ride-op at 15.

Also, if you live in Milwaukee which I assume with what you posted, why do you want to come all the way to Gurnee? I am sure there are plenty of jobs in the Milwaukee area. Your best bet would be to wait until you are 16. You will have a better selection of positions to choose from.

As a couple people have already stated you have to be 16 to work in the rides department.  The jobs available for 15 year olds are limited to other departments like games, foods and park services.  As to housing, you have to be 18 to participate in it, and you are housed at dorms at Carthage college in Wisconsin or UW Parkside.  They do however offer a number of buses to transport employees including a Milwaukee bus, a Chicago bus and a Kenosha bus (there are a few more I just don't remember them all).  I'm sure you'll have no problem getting a job there, and you can expect to work a forty hour week.  Shifts are somewhat flexible (open, mid-shift, or close) but if you take a bus, your shift is pretty much dictated by the bus schedule.  Usually you only get one day off a week, unless you work a longer shift, then you could possibly get two.  There are some great people who work there and it is a blast!  Hope that helps.
Yeah, what she said.....
