The "evidence" that they had (AFAIK) was the girl's word and his "apology" (which was no more than, "I'm sorry if you think I touched you inappropriately." (adlib))

Also, Jeff, you _DID_ say he was guilty in this thread...

nope...the $20 was only in regards to this case. You (and others) already had him convicted from day one...

1. Give the job back
2. Full back pay
3. Reimburse for his defense costs!

#3 seems like it may be a legit option. He was working on Disney property and fulfiling his job description when the alleged events took place. It seems logical that Disney should take some responsibility. IMO!
