Cost cutting at CP: It ain't the hours

Very few parks have invested in food operations for optimal effect IMHO. For the older crowd...this plays a bigger role than the average enthusiast might believe. First park to overhall food operations and combine quality/theming/etc...WINS!
I thought that there was a reason that I spend more money at Universal and especially Busch Gardens. Maybe because their food is much better than the school cafeteria slop at Cedar Point. Also the service is lacking at Cedar Point in comparison. With good service, high food quality and a touch of atmosphere, I'll be willing to pay more. Now I'm not willing to pay the price for the below average quality so I take my appetite and dime somewhere else. Am I cheap? Absolutely not. I enjoy quality and am willing to pay for it. Cedar Point foods in general does not provide me with what I want.

Just curious...do ya think they could open CP at night for a *separately-ticketed* Halloween event? Universal does well with HHN...

Not when they've been giving it away since the start. No way.
