Consultant warns council that plans for Dreamland are not realistic

A consultant warned the number of people who would visit Dreamland every year would be far less than the 350,000 predicted by Thanet council, which has developed the plans alongside Dreamland Trust.

I find it more than a little interesting that the expert's last name is the same as one of the oldest providers of fun fairs (that's carnival to us across the pond).
