Construction pictures of Indiana Beach's lost coaster in Superstion Mountian posted

Posted | Contributed by Wabash Cannonball

Much of the old track has been removed from Superstition Mountain at Indiana Beach. The second and third floors have been gutted. See pictures of the progress and also some photos of the retracking of the Hoosier Hurricane, plus dozens of more new photos of Indiana Beach in the image gallery.

I am so sorry about the site becoming unavailable sometimes that is terribly frustating. The site will allow only so much traffic an hour.

Here is a backdoor to the Supersition Mountain news section of the site which is hosted by Angelfire.

Please come back later if you havn't seen the acctual site to check everything out.

Check out the new http://indianabeach.8k.com/

There is plenty of left over wood. I'm sure they are throwing it away.

See stacks of old wood from Hurricane in Hurricane retracking album.

the roto-plane is painful. but the skydiver is a great ride. mostly at carnivals now, i wish an amusement park would grab one. you turn the wheel and flip over and over again. =P
