I guess we were both at the park on the same day. The park really looked great and we (MiG) are excited about coming back to experience the new waterpark.

After watching the videos and seeing the pictures from the various sites, I find it really hard to believe that this park will be open in 26 days. It seems like they have so much work to do. And it appears that the river isn't even done being poured yet. I really don't think that it will be ready.
I also was suprised when GL said thay would be late, while SFGAm said they would be right on time. There does seem to be quite a bit more to do, based upon the pictures.
Does anyone know what the lines are for in the back of the parking lot in this picture? Looks like a narrow course of some type.
They had a jeep event the previous weekend in the overflow lot. It was one of those events where you get to test drive the cars and stuff, so I assume those were the courses.
We went to SFStL when they were building theirs and I thought the same thing, The landscaping wasn't in, the volcano not complete - and they had only one week to get it done. And they made it.

It might open on time - but I bet they will still be doing construction. And a waterpark in Chicago in May......I think late June would be the first time I would even venture to the place and try it out.
