Construction at Carowinds?

Do any of our friends from Charlotte have any Carowinds constrction pics to share? I'd like to see how things are shaping up on the retheming of that entire area. I visited Carowinds last October for the first time and loved it, can't wait to go back!
I would like to see any updated pictures also... though I bet that the area will look very similar to the Nick Central @ PKI. Hopefully Carowinds didn't buzzcut the old oaks in the area.

Also, is there any news about media day for the new section? It should be coming up within the next few weeks. How can I apply to take part in it... does anyone know?

Carowinds, the only major theme park with four children's areas... could carowinds hold a world record for this because children's areas do take up a large portion of the park now with the new addition of Nick Central.

LOL nice name nascartheride. Here are some of my photos from before the track actually went up: http://starcoasters.com/parkgalleries/carowinds/offseason1/

Here are two photos from Scott Anderson of PR after the track was all in place:

No clue on media day yet, but the season pass preview day is Thursday, March 20, from 4:30-7:00 PM, and the new area will be open.
