Conneaut ownership case to be settled by end of the year

A judge will rule before the end of the month on the ownership of Conneaut Lake Park. The former owner of the park, who donated it to the community, says that he still owns the rides and the land that the park is on. A former trustee of the trust that operates the park disagrees.

This little park has been through so much, its as if the deck is stacked against it.

Everytime I start to relax that Conneaut will be with us for awhile something always seems to come up.

To borrow an often used quote from the "Star Wars" universe... I've got a bad feeling about this.

Kind of hard to take a post as objective if a park or coaster name is part of the "user name"

Seems Conneaut and Lesourdsville both are having their problems and they are not attendance related :(
