Mr. Harris's investment is deeper than any of the public is aware of, and can only be settled in the courts. This is an issue of an investor who claims he owns rides, and the whomever operates the park owes him 'rent' for such use. There was behind the scenes deals made, as Mr. Harris went to jail several years ago for unrelated charges, and it is up to the courts to decide who owns what. Period. It will not affect the operaton of the park, and will be unnoticed to the general public.
