Conneaut Lake Park's water park comes back into full operation Saturday with the reopening of its kiddie pool and water slides after about a six-year absence. This marks the first time the water park will have all three parts functioning since the 2010 season.

I give the park credit for trying, they are not going down with out a fight. This might be the most postie news that has come out of this park in the last 10 years or so. It looks like from a financial standpoint they have some direction. Not sure how it plays out but I wish them luck.
Side note I am bummed out that I won't be able to attend their coaster event in a couple of weeks
There is no such thing as a terrible Coaster just ones that haven't been taken care of
I haven't visited in a decade or more, it's always a bit depressing. I guess as an enthusiast I should pay my respects more. That Tumble bug is fast and fantastic and Blue Steak has had some re-track love. :: looks at calendar ::
Go while you have the chance. If the park finally goes under, you'll regret not making a last visit
This Isn't A Hospital--It's An Insane Asylum!
Was at the park today. That was the busiest I've seen it in a long time. All the rides were up and running.
Had about a three train wait for the Blue Streak.I could see that they re tracked the entire first drop. The coaster was running the smoothest I've seen since I can remember. The roof in the tunnel was complete.Good job Lenny Adams.
The only two negatives I will say about it are..
There is a nasty pothole right before you start up the second hill.
The train (NAD) normally has four cars, the current train is only three.IMO it loses some speed with the shorter train.
