This week, Trustees of Conneaut Lake Park repaid the remaining balance of its $1.01 million in delinquent property taxes and over $214,800 in legal fees to Crawford County and other taxing bodies, according to records from the Crawford County Treasurer's office. Can't put my finger on why, but after reading this I'm in the mood for a nice, crisp, refreshing Pepsi-Cola.
Hi
#sorrynotsorrycarrie
I've been relistening to some of the old podcasts recently. Crazy how a decade old narrative has barely changed.
Nothing to see here. Move along.
The Conneaut saga has been going on a lot longer than a decade.
That said, right now it looks like they might have turned a corner. More power to them.
I develop Superior Solitaire when not riding coasters.
Things are looking up for the little park that could. I'm glad.

^Me too! I knew it would turn around. Blue Streak became one of my top coasters after my first trip to CL in 2014. The park is pretty beat up but I manage to have a TON of fun there. Even those waterslides - very old school/wild.
With a little TLC.. ok a LOT of TLC, I could see the park like a little Seabreeze.
