The Trustees of Conneaut Lake Park are seeking donations to help put the Blue Streak back in operation this summer for the first time since the 2006 season. Jack Moyers, chairman of the Trustees, said $125,000 is needed to not only make repairs, but to get the Blue Streak in a position where the $65,000- to $85,000-a-year maintenance fees previously required of the Blue Streak would no longer be needed.

I don't know all the previous deals and rulings, but why not? You mean there is absolutely no provision written in that maybe some situation in the future could arise that could warrant a change? Seems to me that if Great Britain could turn over Hong Kong to China, Conneaut Lake Park could go from trustee/public ownership to private.
Jeff, last I heard, there were all kinds of businesses operating in our National Parks, and all sorts of money changing hands.
