Conneaut Lake Park finds lender, expects to open

A day after he let employees go, saying a needed loan was not secured when a lender backed out, Conneaut Lake Park's court appointed custodian said Tuesday that another financial institution agreed to provide a $250,000 loan to enable the park to open. A judge must now approve the arrangement.

I really hope this works out, I also hope that the land sale goes through and they are actually able to pay of their debt finally. If they do then they might have a chance of turning this place around.

I was there in 2004, but last year with the wedding, the new house, and gas prices, I spent more time away from parks.

Yep, do that about two to three times a year there.
Camperland is my friend. :)
It's fun to get there mid-week, set up camp. make a huge fire, and play hide and go seek with the kids. And at 15 a nite, you can't beat it.

i'm happy it worked out because i have planned a big vacation to go to various parks in the area and also cedar point this year.
