Conneaut Lake Park can open this spring as long as its board of trustees doesn’t borrow money or sell or lease property without first getting approval from the Crawford County Court of Common Pleas. That was a ruling made Wednesday by Judge Anthony Vardaro. He issued the ruling in response to a plan for the park he required its board to file in December.

"Almost everyone" you mean? ;)
Seriously, tho this is excellent news. I made it to Conneaut last year and I wish the park was part of my plans for 2005 but its not gonna happen ;(
I will be trying HARD to get there this year...shame that an uncertain future is such a motivating factor, but at least it IS motivating...
One of the sad realities about parks like Conneaut is that the pricing structure is about the only thing they can use to draw people in. But by having more reasonable prices than six flags or other parks, they also have lower profit from the things they sell, tickets, souvenirs and etc.
So I say go, but also remember to drop a few bucks!if you don't see any souvenirs you like, buy extra tickets for souvenirs.......
