Coney Island rides damaged from storm surge

It may not be as bad as the Jersey Shore, but Hurricane Sandy also hit Coney Island’s amusement district pretty hard. Days later, much of the fabled boardwalk – both by the amusement district and elsewhere -- is covered several inches deep in sand.

^Steeple Chase is the best coaster at coney IMO:)

^^It may be, but I had a helluva lot more fun on the Tickler. But the words "fun" or "best" could not be applied to my last spin on the Cyclone :(
